What We Do

Pelvic Health Osteopathy

  • We aim to support your pelvic health and pelvic floor through every stage of life. From period pain, endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction like leaking urine, constipation, prolapse, intimacy pain to return to sport postpartum we offer hands on treatment, exercise rehabilitation and pelvic training to help you live your life symptoms free. Learn more here.  

General Osteopathy

  • Osteopaths are university degree qualified, Ahpra registered health practitioners. We are trained to assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe rehabilitative exercises for a range of common musculoskeletal and biomechanical conditions including, but not limited to headaches, neck and shoulder pain, back pain, sporting injuries, RSI, hip pain. Osteopathy is a gentle form on manual therapy (hands-on). Osteopathy takes a holistic approach, considering the whole person. We treat the connective tissue - muscles, fascia, ligaments and joints to enhance function and overall mobility and decrease pain.

  • Treatment techniques may include soft tissue (massage), joint articulation, stretching, MET, fascial release, visceral techniques. ​​

Nutrition

  • Clinical nutrition and nutritional advice can be wonderful way to support your overall wellbeing and health, optimising diet, nutritional status and educating you on the role diet place in your health and in various health conditions. Nutrition and appropriate individulaised supplementation can be a very useful adjunct to fertility treatments, chronic pelvic pain, period pain, perimenopause support and more.
