Pelvic Health Osteopathy
Those who experience pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and other pelvic conditions such as vulvodynia or urinary incontinence often feel alone, embarrassed and as though they're the only one experiencing these symptoms and have no idea there are treatment options available.
I'm here to tell you, you are not alone and do not need to suffer without treatment options.
1 in 3 women who have had a baby suffer from severe bladder leakage, 1 in 5 experience poor bowel or bladder control, 50% of women over the age of 40 who have had children have some degree of prolapse, 1 in 5 women suffer with pelvic pain or pain during sex.
Sadly, whilst many of these conditions are common, they are not normal and have unfortunately been normalised for a long time.

I am one of a few osteopaths in Australia who have been trained in pelvic care and the internal assessment and rehabilitation of pelvic floor dysfunction.

For certain conditions such as endometriosis, IBS, constipation, bladder pain, vulvodynia (and more) the combination of Osteopathy and Clinical Nutritional interventions can see significant changes in symptoms.

Please note these two modalities cannot be provided at the same time and must occur in separate appointments.

My goal is to always provide a safe, comfortable, space for you to discuss your pelvic health concerns.
